Waitresses Make Mistakes Too

We are NOT perfect!  Man, I know that.  When we do get items wrong we aren't trying to piss you off and ruin your life. 

I had a table today that one thing after another went wrong.  I take 50% credit, kitchen 40% and customer 10% for the mistakes.  It was all about MISCOMMUNICATION.  The customer was so mean and I get it but to be honest I will do anything to make it better but when you have a total attitude I will assume I can't make this situation any better.  I took some items off their bill and they refused to talk to me or leave a tip- fine.  I forgot to add bannana to their order- my bad, the kitchen made thier omelette wrong, and customer changed an item that didn't get added because they told a different waiter.  It was a bad situation all the way around.

When we make mistakes please don't be  angry because we will try our best to make this better.  Give us a chance to redeem oursleves and attitude doesn't help any situation.  We are human and do make mistakes.
